1 Remote DNS support:
The Free remote DNS support with a Platinum package includes additional monitoring of maximum 3 DNS servers of yours. We will configure, update software on the servers per needs. A list of supported OS is limited to Debian/Ubuntu, CentOS; software is limited to Named/Bind, PowerDNS, AtomiaDNS with or without MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL backends. DNS servers should not run any public SMTP, POP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, other services.
The Free remote DNS support with a Startup package is limited to CloudFlare only. We don't support other DNS services.
The Free remote DNS support with other packages is limited to Web-GUI only. It means we can add/update/delete domains using HTTP/HTTPS protocols and don't either update software or monitor the DNS-servers.
2 Users Migration becomes available since the second month of an uninterruptible subscription. The service includes only transferring of users accounts: files, emails, databases. Server setup and software installation is not included here.
It means we can transfer users to a server under a monthly subscription without additional fees. But if you want to move users from a server under Poralix's monthly support you might be charged an additional fee for a new server setup.
Disaster Recovery, Users Migration where not included in a monthly package can be done as a separate service ordered on hourly or per-project bases.
3 Clients requiring additional support beyond the included Free Hours of Support will be charged on hourly bases.
4 No setup fee will occur if you pay 3 months upfront.
5 Valid for servers with DirectAdmin and less than 100 hosted domains.
